I found the hotel in a convenient location close to major tourist attractions, but my stay was marred by the not-so-smoke-free and unclean rooms, along with a lack of preparation by the staff for guests. The small size of the room compared to the number of guests was a downside, although the annex location across from the main hotel was interesting.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly, the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, and the distance to the breakfast area was inconvenient. The location, however, offered easy access to key tourist attractions in Venice.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while spacious and nicely decorated in a classic Venetian style, looked quite old and rundown with noticeable marks and scuffs on the walls. The location, however, was convenient, nestled between Rialto Bridge and San Marco square, making it easy to explore Venice. The service exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel, with the staff being very accommodating and even going the extra mile to fulfill special requests. The dining experience was pleasant with a nice selection of breakfast options, though sometimes crowded. While there were some drawbacks, the value for money was reasonable considering the strengths of the hotel.
